Talk to the people who built it.
No ticket portal, no chatbot, no queue for the queue company. You send an email and one of the people who wrote the code reads it.

Measured to a first substantive reply from a person, not to an automated receipt. Business hours, except Enterprise, which is around the clock. If a drop is live right now, say so in the subject line — that goes to the top.
Before you write
Five lines that save a day.
There is no form to prompt you for these, so this is the list. A message with them usually gets an answer; a message without them usually gets a reply asking for them.
- Your store domain
- The drop ID
- When it happened
- What you expected, then what happened
- Which adapter, and its version
Documentation is still being written.
We would rather point you at a page than answer the same question twice, and that page does not exist yet. Until it does, just ask — installation questions get a real answer, usually the same day, and every one we get decides what gets written first.
