queue.brand.com Capacity
Every plan has a flat monthly price with no metered usage fees. You are billed based on the peak concurrent shoppers waiting in your queue at any one time. If your drop exceeds your tier's limit, the enforcer fails open (letting excess shoppers enter the store instantly) and displays an upgrade recommendation in your dashboard. You never get a surprise bill, and your store never goes down.
| Plan Tier | Monthly Price | Peak Concurrency Limit | Admission Rate | When Limit Exceeded |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | €99 | 1,000 concurrent shoppers | You set it — no floor, no cap | Fails open & upgrade nudge |
| Pro | €299 | 2,500 concurrent shoppers | You set it — no floor, no cap | Fails open & upgrade nudge |
| Ultimate | €999 | 10,000 concurrent shoppers | You set it — no floor, no cap | Fails open & upgrade nudge |
| Enterprise | Custom | Unlimited capacity | You set it — no floor, no cap | No limits / priority capacity |
Peak concurrency is measured as the high-water mark of simultaneous shoppers in your queue. Limits are soft and designed to support growth without taking down sales.
Included everywhere
In order, or drawn at random
One signed queue per drop. Run it first-come-first-served, or open registration ahead of time and draw every position at random the moment the drop starts.
Verified in your stack, every time
Your store enforces the queue itself. Install one MIT-licensed adapter and it checks each pass on the spot, with no network call.
Shopify support is in development. Tell us if you need it →
See every drop as it happens
Watch the queue while the drop runs, then read the last 24 hours or 7 days back and export them.
Questions
No. The service runs in our cloud. You install a small open-source adapter where you already run code — the WooCommerce plugin on your server, which needs no Cloudflare at all, or a Cloudflare Worker on your own zone if your site is already proxied through Cloudflare.
Two ways, and you pick per drop. By default it is first-come-first-served. For a hyped drop you open registration ahead of time instead: everyone who registers gets no position at all, and the moment you start the drop every registrant is assigned a random place in line at once. Someone who registers in the opening millisecond and someone who registers 47 minutes later have the same expected position, so there is nothing left for a script to win.
Concurrent capacity is the number of shoppers waiting in your queue at the exact same moment. For example, if 1,000 people join your queue at the start of a drop, that is a peak concurrency of 1,000. People who are already admitted or who are just browsing non-queued pages do not count toward this limit.
No. dropify never touches your DNS and never proxies your traffic. The adapter you install either passes requests straight through or redirects to the waiting room — your origin stays exactly where it is.
Yes. One account can hold several stores, each with its own domains, and run several drops at once. Each store is its own plan today; ask us about several.
Reach out at hello@dropify.dev to discuss a trial period for your first drop event. We evaluate trial requests individually.
We set up a waiting-room address under your own brand (e.g. queue.brand.com), so your visitors never see dropify.dev. Our team handles the setup as part of onboarding.
