Every plan has a flat monthly price with no metered usage fees. You are billed based on the peak concurrent shoppers waiting in your queue at any one time. If your drop exceeds your tier's limit, the enforcer fails open (letting excess shoppers enter the store instantly) and displays an upgrade recommendation in your dashboard. You never get a surprise bill, and your store never goes down.

Peak concurrency is measured as the high-water mark of simultaneous shoppers in your queue. Limits are soft and designed to support growth without taking down sales.

Questions
No. The service runs in our cloud. You just install a small open-source adapter wherever you already run code — a Cloudflare Worker in your own account, the WooCommerce plugin on your server, or the Node SDK in your backend.
Two ways, and you pick per drop. By default it is first-come-first-served. For a hyped drop you open registration ahead of time instead: everyone who registers gets no position at all, and the moment you start the drop every registrant is assigned a random place in line at once. Someone who registers in the opening millisecond and someone who registers 47 minutes later have the same expected position, so there is nothing left for a script to win.
Concurrent capacity is the number of shoppers waiting in your queue at the exact same moment. For example, if 1,000 people join your queue at the start of a drop, that is a peak concurrency of 1,000. People who are already admitted or who are just browsing non-queued pages do not count toward this limit.
No. dropify never touches your DNS and never proxies your traffic. The adapter you install either passes requests straight through or redirects to the waiting room — your origin stays exactly where it is.
Yes. One account can queue multiple domains and run several drops at once. Usage from all of them rolls up under a single subscription.
